Masterwork Cloth Armor Proficiency is not Leveling

    1. Title: Masterwork Cloth Armor Proficiency is not Leveling
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: When adding masterwork effects to cloth armor, the new skill "Masterwork Cloth Armor Proficiency" is not leveling, despite several attempts. I did go to a crafting trainer to unlock the skill, and I have plenty of pooled producer experience. Also, I did check to see that the "Tailoring Masterwork Proficiency" skill does increase in level, which it does.
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Masterwork any cloth armor on tailoring station.
    6. User Specs:
      OS: Mac OS X Yosemite (10.10.5) 64bit
      CPU: 2.3 GHz Intel Core i7, 8 GB 1600MHz DDR3
      GPU: Intel Iris Pro 1536 MB
      SotA.EarlyAccess.QA.OSX.64.368.Date.06.28.16
      Area: Virtue Oasis
