Meet Samael in Brookside - Nowhere to be found

Hello,

I'm currently doing the path of love and I am supposed to meet with Samael in Brookside before heading on to the rest of the quest.
Unfortunately, not only is there no blue marker to his position (as previously stated on an earlier forum thread) but I managed to find Samael's farm at the following coordinates:

Brookside (Novia_R5_City_Brookside) Loc: (144.0,50.3, -213.8)

I searched everywhere around, and he's still nowhere to be found.
Can you please bring back the NPC?

Ok, a little update on this, as I was writing all of this, the NPC Samael magically appeared a little further away in loc: (142.7, 50.1, -182.6).
Still no sparkly blue quest line icon on the compass though, and also to proceed to the actual quest, you have to manually enter the word "Muriel" or else there's no way to advance in the quest.

 

And since we're at it, I also found a typo on the conversation with Samael when I prompted the word "Keepsake", here it is:
