Melody of Mending not healing others pets

    Title: Melody of Mending not healing others pets
    Reproduction Rate: always
    Blocker? no

    Details: I have a pet with < 100% health, let cast Melody of Mending on it, I can see the icon in the status bar of my pet claiming it would gain health every 2 seconds (not listing the number of gained health though, but should be 22). However my pet does not gain any health.

    Note1: Melody of Mending works on own pets and my own Tamers Heal Creature does work.
    Note2: I am pretty sure this did work in the previous release, not 100% sure though

    Steps to Reproduce: cast Melody off Mending on a pet (not your own) in range with less than 100% health, it will not heal
