Memory leak - Crashes/kills client

    Title: Memory leak - Crashes/kills client

    Details: I have had multiple client kills because of the system being out of memory. I have tested this on my 16GB memory boxes, GNU/Linux and Windows 7 - 10; On my main game system I have 32GB memory installed so that issue is not a big problem. But standing still in my POT shows a increase in memory usage by not doing anything, I am currently on 14GB usage.
    Players having only 16GB of memory should report "random" crashes to desktop, and this is a 100% out of memory problem.

    Steps to Reproduce: Play the game in windows7 - 10 with 16GB of memory installed.

    i have the same Problem - Shroud of the Avatar.exe is slowly getting bigger even when doing nothing
    changing scenes is making it crash/getting bigger faster
    and having any other programs open in the background makes it crash faster too
    in small scenes it can take some time to crash (mines/shattered hills) but in central brittany it basically crashes 50% of the time when zoning in
    or 5-10 min of beeing in the zone - basically i cant go to that property there :(
