memory leak

    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? not yet
    Details: after 5 minutes, memory usage is over 10gb. some scene changes over 12gb and hitching and sluggishness picks up.
    Steps to Reproduce: play
    User Specs:
    OS: Mac OS X 10.13.6
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6920HQ CPU @ 2.90GHz (8) System RAM: 16384
    GPU: AMD Radeon Pro 460 GPU RAM: 4096
    SotA.OSX.64.840.Date.09.28.18
    Area: POT_forest_metropolis_02_template/Crossroads
