Merchant in POT Blackrock Cove disappeared.

    Details: our pot vendor for repair scrolls had disappeared, he's usable like the bugged vendors
    on R51 before the patch. All you can see is his 'name' .


    Steps to Reproduce: enter black rock cove, go to the docks and look for her at the location
    in the text below.
