Merchant NPC Barks Don't Change at Night

    Title: Merchant NPC Barks Don't Change at Night

    Details: During the night, certain NPCs can be woken up with interact button, but still ask me if I want to browse their wares or some such. If I enter keyword "buy" they respond "Of course, here is what I have to offer" but the buy window never opens.

    I believe the correct behavior here is for the NPC to wake up and then bark annoyance or concern that they have been woken up at night. If keyword "buy" is entered, they should respond some way that makes it clear to come back during normal business hours.
