    5. Steps to Reproduce: Craft merchant shirt / skirt and attempt to use light-armor related abilities!
    6. User Specs: PC running Windows 10, 64 bit, Game Build R38 Build 551

    Thank you! Could I post a follow-up also relating to the Merchant Skirt? It looks like a graphical glitch on the belt--similar to someone using the "magic wand" selection tool in an image processor and unable to delete/mark transparent everything around the belt. The belt has a very bright green "aura" that is very noticeable on the world map.
