    Title: MGT 2017 Gathering Cloak unplaceable as deco.
    Reproduction Rate: 100

    Details:This community event cloak has not yet been fixed to work as deco, remains both dyable and unplaceable.
    Steps to Reproduce: Have a super rare MGT 2017 Gathering Cloak, try to place it as deco, cry softly to yourself when you can't.
