    Highvale Outskirts Monastary - Milton the Blacksmith

    It was midday and so I clicked him to open his shop and he told me he was closed and to come back later.
    which later negatively impacted my virtue when i visited the oracle to use test.

    This was at midday, we need a better way to tell if this guy is open or closed, thanks.
