Mind Lock Locks Self when last glyp in deck

    Title: Mind Lock Locks Self when last glyp in deck
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details:
    When using a mindlock deack with 21 glyphs for stacking all glyphs to level 5. When all glyphs are stacked and you cast mindlock, it will lock itself in deck. In the past it would caste and redraw even though it was the last glyph in the deck now the card is being locked in place by itself and remains. This will only happen when it is the last glyph in the deck being cast.

    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 8141
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 GPU RAM: 2016
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.543.Date.01.26.17
    Area: HiddenVale_Forest02_Tier5
    Area Display Name: Deep Ravenswood
    Loc: (-197.9, 33.0, 8.4)
