    1. Title: Mind Wipe skill don't raise up
    2. Reproduction Rate: 100%
    3. Blocker? No
    4. Details: Even if set to raise, Mind Wipe skill (Focus tree) do not raise up
    5. Steps to Reproduce: Put Mind Wipe to raise up, Cast it ... it do not raise
    6. User Specs: Windows 10, Steam

    Can you verify if this issue is still occurring for you? Mind Wipe appears to be leveling as intended through internal testing.
