    Having a casting time for this spell presents missed opportunities. Usually I will cast this spell when I don't see what I want in my deck, now Ill cast this spell and while it is casting, the thing I wanted comes up. Now though, my deck has been replaced.

    Either drastically shorten the cast time, or get rid of it all together. This is garbage.
