    Title: Mining SFX is not in sync with animation
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? no
    Details: Mining SFX is not in sync with animation by about 1 second
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. log in
    2. find ore and mine it
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (6.1.7601) 64bit
    CPU: AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor (8) System RAM: 16282
    GPU: AMD Radeon HD 6900 Series GPU RAM: 4064
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.511.Date.11.21.16
    Area: Novia_R9_Hills01_SerpentsSpineMines
    Area Display Name: Serpent's Spine Mines
    Loc: (-86.8, -19.7, 127.9)
