Missing Bank NPC Building Deed

1. Title: Missing Bank NPC Building Deed

4. Details: I placed the bank in my original POT biome template and my biome was updated on next login. The deed is not in my bag or at any bank.

EDIT: Also missing the two bank NPC and a wishing well. I tried to reclaim rewards at a town bank and they do not show up at all.

 

I see now that I apparently wasn't supposed to log into my town while they changed the biome template. Of course I was never notified personally, nor was I aware that I had to login to a forum to find out about the issue of the template change midstream. However; I am missing several things I placed and they are nowhere to be found. Is there anything I can do to fix this or I just need to be patient for a "short" time? I really want my town to have a bank.
