Missing Cat?

It's been a while since I last "played" the game. But I remember having a steam powered cat in my inventory. Now I cannot find it in either my character's personal inventory or the bank (yes, I have "claimed" all of my items). Is the steam powered cat still something I should have? If so, can I please have it back? How can I determine what else might be missing from my inventory\bank? Thanks.
