    Title: Missing Merchants near dock Guard Tower in Central Brittany
    Reproduction Rate: Morning through Dusk
    Blocker? Unable to purchase from merchants who are not there
    Details: There are farmer, tailor, spice, and baker stands with no merchants
    Steps to Reproduce: Go to the location below in Central Brittany somewhat near the docks. The merchant stands are around the Guard Tower, just west of the Goudeau Antiques building. I arrived during the morning and waited until dusk, but no one showed up for work.
