Missing rewards

    I've read many times about this issue.

    But I'm noticing I'm missing items others have gotten. Any eta on when this issue will be addressed? Do you need a specific list of items I know I'm missing from previous patches??

    Ensure that you have pressed the "Claim Rewards" button recently, new items will not appear unless you do so.

    After that : Direct your list of missing items to support@portalarium.com . The team is dealing with these issues on a case-by-case basis now. :)
