Missing village deed / many other items (30+?)

I already submitted this in another user's thread, but chose to create this post for visibility.
Last night I upgraded my pledge from Founder -> Edelmann and I think I'm missing TONS of stuff.

I had already moved the house and basement to my inventory. These are the only rewards that showed up, I'm missing vendor, tax free deed, and tons of cosmetics/house items I think

Edit: This is the first time I've claimed in R29, I haven't really touched the game at all in almost a year and a half.

 

I've seen it take a few hours, I've seen it take a few minutes. I've waited over night at times. It always works though, give it a little time. It may be shut down right now since the big patch is tomorrow I think.

 

I received an email back from support suggesting that things have expired, but I'm 100% sure I should have received the deed and vendor at least.
