Same experience with Thugs in Bandit communities. i used to tank two or three at a time now i am running for my life. This was in Highvale and Whiteguard foothils

 

Confirmed with Spiders in Deep Ravenswood.

Swing timer on mobs is gone, they repeat thier attack animation. 6 attacks to my one lol

OR I wonder if this is their anti encumbrance answer, so if you're encumbered you're getting to get wrecked, the way you would if you had extra weight on you?

 

I've seen this too, but they were hard monsters for me anyway...but the attacks per second seemed way fast. Was not encumbered.

 

Well, I was at 45/230 at the time, but thats beside the point. A human bandit is human, show me a human that can swing a halbard 6 t with accuracy in 1s

Anyway, testing varies mobs. Tier 2 Skeletons are not doing it, neither are caimons. Spiders are however

 

Just noticed this with a bear in Ravensword, although I killed it easily. Large Skeleton Foot Soliders did it to me as well, but I am not familiar with this mob so maybe that's how they are supposed to be? Didn't seem natural though, died in 2 seconds (adv. level 32).

 

I was not encombered at all. I could easily handily 3 to 4 Hardened Elves with 2 healers prior to this patch. Please fix this, its unplayable.
