Moon School, description of Shadow Form

The skill description contains:
"...Lunar Specialization adds a move speed buff while stealthed. Lunar Specialization increases move speed while in Shadow Form."

Is it just me or do those two sentences say the very same just in different words?
If so the first sentence should go, because "stealthed" is not exact enough as stealthed describes what all 4 "hiding" spells/skills do: Shadow Form, Vanish, Camouflage and Silent Movement all add "stealth".

 

Maybe it also applies to Silent Movement in the subterfuge tree?

 

So it would increase the speed while in Shadow Form twice - once because it increases the speed while in Shadow Form and a second time because Shadow Form is stealth?
