I've been testing out blocks recently and found the amount of decorations i could use on them lacking. How am i supposed to decorate this thing otherwise?

If i can't place anything on them besides chairs, benches and small items. Please grant us more options. *coughs braziers *coughs* *Clears throath* Sorry about that. I seem to have a bad cough at the moment.

    Thanks for your time!

Also can we hang stuff on the walls? (Probably part of flexible placement goal)

Athanil has stunned us all again! Not only that, he has created a near if not perfect circular arena. His tricks in decorating really has progressed!

@Developers! Athanil is correct! You need to give us more flexibility in being able to place more common objects on these blocks. It's incredibly frustrating to PLACE blocks ontop of one another as well.
I spoke to some frightened fauns and they totally agreed. "Blocks make us hurt.... we try to run but it hurts... we try to build but it hurts".

Thanks everyone! I couldn't have made this without the help of this community though. A lot of people have (and still do since it's not done yet) donated granite and/or blocks to fund this endeavor.

For those that wish to die there, sign up for the Bear Tavern brawl. Hopefully the lazy bum that types up the post for it will do so soon. :p It's location is that arena. A alternative way to die is to jump of the guard tower...for those that do not like pvp. ;)

Always nice to hear from a fellow builder Doc. Thanks for agreeing haha

I second and third this. I am most frustrated trying to find the magic spot that is the size of a pin head to anchor blocks. Athanil has what appears to be an endless supply of patience. I would also like to see more decoration options.

I would also like to say thank you to Athanil for taking the time to talk to me and pass along some pointers about using the blocks and building. Awesome Dude!

I have had an issue where I can no longer stack a block on top of another block. I am talking a single 2x4x4 with a 1x4 horizontally on top of the the horizontal 2x4x4 base. I can place the second block in one orientation, vertical, but when I rotate the 1x4 to be horizontal and place it on the first block it just won't place. Even though I have placed the same configuration previously. I am not out of space on the lot. I have tried going in to my basement and back out, logging, leaving the area, picking the blocks up putting them back in my inventory... No luck. Have you run into this, and what have you found to overcome it?

I don't even see how you stacked all that stuff in the first place. I made a few and couldn't get any of them to stack.

I made a pseudo fireplace for my Edelmann house out of a few granite blocks and put in a campfire brazier inside it. I wish I could have put the xmas wreath on the stone fireplace ''walls.''

Or, the mounted fish, a wall candle... anything.

What lag? It might seem like i used a lot of items, but in reality i only used up around 1k items. Large blocks are great for projects like this.

Some blocks are buggy when you try to place them, Especially if you lie them down. A work around is to either use smaller blocks or line up some blocks and then try to place another block on top of the one you want.

I completely agree with your last statement! I want to place banners on my walls!
