More dyeing option for Player-Owned Town Wagon and other decorations

    I pulled some wagons today due to sale discount. However, the wooden part on the wagon cannot be dyed. The existing color of the wooden part is not my cup of tea.

    Hope we may have more dyeing partition options for most decorations.
