More floating plants on overworld map

    Title: More floating plants on overworld map
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: See circled area in pic below; straight plant base does not contour with curved terrain, usually they are partially floating but sometimes completely floating. This issue has been reported in other locations on the overworld (see issue #2 in this post)
