More frequent coto drops

Not sure how it'll affect the economy, but I wish there is more frequent coto drops in lesser quantity, like 1 coto or 2 cotos at a time at a much much higher frequency.

These Cotos can be a drop in a crude (unusable) form, and you need pay gold (gold sink?) to have the banker to clean it up for you to be used at the crown store.

Perhaps have the drops increase more in the Ruins (PVP level capped zones?) I mean, Risk Vs Rewards right? Maybe when you enter a pvp zone for the first time, you gotta choose a side, Chaos or Virtue, and you can only be attacked by the opposite side. (You can later switch sides at the oracle)
