[More info needed] Overworld - Skeleton encounters do not engage

    Blocker? Yes, to access skeleton encounters
    Details: Skeleton encounters will not aggro.
    Steps to Reproduce: Go up to a skeleton encounter and try to trigger it.

    Walk up to skeleton encounter. Try to click on it. Try to get it to engage you. Does not aggro, at all. This was with any skeleton encounter (I have not tried since patch, but will check).
