    Title:Mountain encroaches onto lot preventing corner fence from being placed

    Details:The side of the mountain is encroaching onto my lot making the ground uneven and preventing me from placing a corner fence or any items on that corner.
    Steps to Reproduce:Try to place item on corner of lot
