Mouse positon vs UI bug

    Title: Mouse positon vs UI bug
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The mouse is not where the UI is.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    Play in maximized window
    Select Beautiful graphics
    Change shadows from Fantastic to None
    ((at this point the bug triggers, I think the game shows different resolution in options than the one it actually renders (in my case 1920×976 vs 1920×1080).))
    Try to use your mouse in UI, you will see that its vertical posioton seems to be off.

    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32713
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 2017
    SotA.EarlyAccess.Win.64.421.Date.11.16.16
    Area: Novia_R5_City_Graff
    Area Display Name: Graff Island
    Loc: (-126.1, 73.8, 251.5)



    NOTES:
    For some reason, when I tried to record video of this bug, the cursor position in the video is correct even though it is not on the screen.

    I think it could be related though I do nto think it is the same bug...

    What happens with the one is that the game renders 1920x1080 image in 1920x976 monitor space. I can see with FRAPS on my G13 keybord display that the game is rendering in 1920x1080 or 1920x976.
    So I suppose that with the other game it is worth checking what is the actual resolution the game renders.
