Wouldn't work. Those funds likely go to a seperate account to be processed into the various charities/pools for development and putting them in the coto store would muddy the waters and could potentially lead to legal issues.

 

Yes, if they were buyable with crowns, it would be a problem. But could they do something like they do now with Get Crowns? It still requires real money, but it has a link from within the Crown Shop. If the charity items were listed in the crown store so people could be reminded that they're available, they might be more likely to spend that real money, than if they have to remember to visit the web store separately. Especially for newer free players who might not even know there is a web add-on store.

Is the Earth Magic cloak more likely to sell to people who are actively looking for neat cloaks and can see it in front of them, or to people who are visiting the website for some non-shopping reason and just happen to see a store link there? Want something to sell, put it in front of them.
