Move Salvage Button, Provide Confirmation

This request goes out for all of us who have ever accidentally Salvaged instead of repaired our wonderful epic crafted weapon (gear)

Why are those buttons so close to each other
Why, is there no confirmation
Why, if there's a repair kit in the window will it still salvage anyway
Why, if you put all the mats in there for Masterwork, does it allow Salvaging of the item

Please for the love of late night gamers, Move that salvage button, move it to the far corner, move it to the top corner, move it AWAY from the Crafting and Repair buttons, move it anywhere just not next to any other button.

Then if possible, add a confirmation box, maybe one that can be disabled in options for those that hate confirmation boxes.
