moving outside lights on lot, doesn't move their lightcone

Details: move outside lights on your lot in my case the "simple wooden stick torch" and wonder why it stays dark where you put it and the old spot is still lighted...
(if i move the the braziers ground and tripod ones, they are doing it correct)
