    Title: Moving shadows under torches in scenes
    Reproduction Rate: 100%
    Blocker? No
    Details: The shadow behaviour is very weird.

    Steps to Reproduce: Just obdserve burning torch.
    User Specs:
    OS: Windows 10 (10.0.0) 64bit
    CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4) System RAM: 32713
    GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 GPU RAM: 2017
