Mud: Early development / cloned scene message?

    Details: Getting the "This area is in early development and is temporarily based on another scene.." message when entering Mud - I thought these were all removed - or maybe that was just the little construction barrier things that used to be at the entrances? I forget, sorry if this is intended!
    Steps to Reproduce: Enter Mud.

    A number of scenes still have that message, but the message only shows up if you happen to reload the area, not first entering it.

    I too have wondered if they still ment to have those messages in all those areas.
