    Steps to Reproduce: Just go to the location listed and look at the ground.
    Details: The village housing lot at the above location has uneven ground.
    Blocker? Yes?(Makes placement very difficult)

    I've got the same problem on the Water Town lot in the west in Mud, location: Area: Mud (Novia_R10_City_Mud) Loc: (115.6, 11.0, 52.0)
