Musical Instrument Buffs not showing

    Title: Musical Instrument Buffs not showing

    Details: I played multiple artifact instruments (fleet flute, harp of invigoration, etc), and the buff icon below my avatar name does not show up. Also, it appears that the buff is not applied. Perhaps related to this bug (66139)?
    Additional info:
    1) the animation works (the avatar plays the instrument) and the music is audible, it seems that it is only the buff icon and the buff application that does not work.
    2) buffs icons and buff application does work for: food, obsidian potions, standard potion (such as haste & potion of might)
