    Title: My character is trying to fly, and will do nothing else.
    Reproduction Rate: 5% of interactions with vendor/crafting tool.
    Blocker? Partial.
    Details: When in town, non-pvp mode, I've twice today had my character stick his arms out, and pretend to fly. I don't know how better to describe it. First time, I didn't notice what triggered it, I had been 'chatting' with a vendor listing new items to sell. The second time, I was trying to interact with a smelting station. If I click on something else, he stops sticking his arms out for a moment, then returns to trying to fly. I cannot move, cannot jump. I just noticed that if I cast a spell, it will cast the spell, then start the interaction with the smelting station.... after exiting the smelting station, I can again move my character, etc. The first time it happened, I didn't notice that as a possibility and did a full log out/in.
    Steps to Reproduce: Keep trying to interact with Vendors/crafting machines. Doesn't happen every time. Not sure what specifically triggers it.

    Details:I haven't seen this in a while, thought it might be fixed. Happened again today. I can 'break loose' by invoking a spell, I happened to use shield of ice.
    Steps to Reproduce:Interact with vendor.
