My friend can't enter the Kristopia community

    Blocker? Yes, my friend is not able to enter the city.
    Details: My friend, Autmana, is unable to move beyond the gate to Kristopia. I've experimented with another account that is not linked to my paid account and was able to enter the city without a problem.
