My ghost is moving slower than frozen moleasses

    Upon dying my ghost is moving as slow as if he's 1000% overburdened. I'm in Soltown Catacombs.

    Upon resurrecting my living character is just as slow!

    Slowness only took place after death, there's no visible penalty associated w/ it.

    Ok Exiting the Catacombs to the surface of Soltown has resolved it.
