Title: Oracle not offering POT Village Deed.

Details:On the QA Server I was able to claim a Village POT Deed. I have been informed that capability is available on the Live Server. She does not present the deed. I have tried multiple oracles. Is there a chance my account was flagged as having received it, when it was claimed on the QA Server?
Steps to Reproduce:After Completing the main quest, patch to 896, then speak to Oracle

np. the universe got it half right, though. unlike the row deed you had to actually go to the big oracle temple to get, this village deed should be available from any automated confirmatory, so you were in the right place.
