Name plate not colored during combat

4. Details: In release 28 when I entered combat mode my name plate was colored yellow. When I was in range with the mob and actually hitting it, it turned red. Now it always stays blue, even if I'm fighting.
5. Steps to Reproduce: Enter combat mode / fight anything.
