Need help with buggy 3 day dex buff.

I made the mistake of trying to do the 3 day dexterity buff in open mode. I first checked the gems on the door of the Tomb of the Child King, but none were lit. I got the emerald key from Fleck and ran to the tomb to put it in place. I noticed the tomb door was already breached, but the key was not in place. I tried to place the key, but it said there already was a key there, and took my key. So I knew someone was ahead of me in the puzzle. I followed behind, each time getting the message the key was already set. When I finished I was unable to get into the tomb. Fleck will no longer give the emerald key, so I can't try it in private mode. Four hours later, still no key from Fleck. Anyone have a clue as to how I can get around this bug, or at least know when I will be able to get another key?

 

Fleck won't give me key. I'll bug report it next time I'm on.
