    Opening the January 2024 login reward gives 4 unknown items. I try telling them they are supposed to be some very high end crown store items but they refuse to talk. All my torturing and even all my niceties they are stubborn and refuse to cooperate.

    @Trezir Pyle, please always use the /bug command. that would show which patch you're on. i suspect you didn't update this morning.
