[Needs Info] PvP stun mechanic stuns player when resurrecting at an ankh

    Title: PvP stun mechanic stuns player when resurrecting at an ankh
    Reproduction Rate: ~98%
    Blocker? yes, for pvp content (which doesnt exist ROFLMAO)
    Details: When joining a pvp group whilst not pvp, you are stunned for 1min. That is normal. The problem happens when attempting to resurrect at a shrine. It will stunned you everytime.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. Restore protection at oracle
    2. receive invite to a pvp group
    3. die in a zone somewhere while still in the group
    4. attempt to resurrect at shrine and notice you get pvp stun again (also happen when resurrecting from spell)
