    Details: Rhapsody of Recovery, Refrain of Resistance and Melody of Mending can be applied twice. This is OVERPOWERED and GAME BREAKING.
    Steps to Reproduce:
    1. log in
    2. unlock all bard skills
    3. Use Melody of Mending
    4. Use Melody of Mending again and mouse over the buff and see that you get 2 stacks and heals twice

    easily reproducable

    cast bard heal twice, buff stacks and heals you with a double tick of heal

    Accidentally merged another post into the main post - instead of merging 2 threads; so apologies if that confuses the player (Magicker?)

    Verified melody of mending stacks. I cast it twice on myself, once with a 2x charge, and again with a 1x charge and am seeing health being restored over time for both values (34,22) The buff has 2 values displayed on the icon, heal over time, and heal others bonus (spec), but that is not the bug in this case.

    Cannot reproduce with Rhapsody of Recovery or Refrain of Resistance. The buff for Resistance shows 2 values: magic resist and damage resist (spec) but it is not stacking (verified by checking output of /stats command)

    I cannot reproduce the Melody of Mending bug at this time, and this is a pretty old report. Anyone able to duplicate at this point?

    Just plated around with it a bit on live. It still looks like it is double-applying, which is to say the small buff timer is resetting itself before it's completed if you double-cast melody. It may be a timing thing where having these 2 timers offset by the correct amount could lead to increased healing; in my trail I was getting the following numbers:

    Single Cast: 27 Healng Ticks
    Double Cast: 26 Healing Ticks
    Here the second cast was made immediately after the first, and I may have miscounted, but it looks like that might have actually lost us a tick.

    Single Cast: 27 Healing Ticks
    Double Cast: 30 Healing Ticks
    Here the second cast was spaced slightly away from the first, and some very notable double-ticks occurred. Two healing ticks happening within a fraction of a second.

    Single Cast: 28 Healing Ticks (lag)
    Double Cast: 29 Healing Ticks
    This one's interesting, since there was an extra tick in the single stack. Not sure if this was caused by some lag interrupting the timer, or perhaps some rounding error in the duration of the song. Either way, it seems the double-cast (again the second cast was spaced a second or so from the first, not immediately after) led to a couple extra ticks, and one pair that came off very close together.

    So double application doesn't mean double healing, but there does still seem to be something wonky going on.
