    4. Details: when leaving basement in house, oeners and co owners are blocked from second floor till the front door is either locked or unlocked. This appears to reset the permissions and allow access again. Or relogging...
    5. Steps to Reproduce: see above
    6. User Specs: (RAM, CPU, GPU and Operating System only): does not matter

    @Serialthrilla, if you run /bug in game, it'll autogenerate one of these reports and put it on your clipboard for you to paste in, including the specific location info.

    Was able to repro on QA...

    After extensive testing:

    1. The issue is timed. Open/closing doors is not clearing it, if the player waits the effect will clear itself. (approx 10 seconds, but doesnt seem to be consistent)
    2. It's an invisible circle that is between this lot and the one next door.
    3. Not caused by any items on either lot. (I took them both over on QA and put in vacant lot as a house for each and was still able to re-produce it)
    4. Placing an object down on the lot after loading the scene aborts the timed anomaly and allows movement again. (yes, this is not tied to the basement either, I can make it happen just by arriving in scene inside the house)

    Investigation continues.
