    Title: gear stats and some skill buffs carry over when changing gear
    Reproduction Rate: 100%

    Details: gear skill buffs carry over when changing gear.
    Steps to Reproduce: one example equip a shield buff up the shield buffs remove shield. shield stats still there with no shield equipped. I have seen other issues with gear stats not correct until rezoning or switch out gear again.

    @Xee, need the names of specific skills. i know some of these have been fixed in the past, so it's not just a matter of every buff that has an equipment requirement.
