[Needs More Info] Hitching is back. Just after entering a zone it is the worst.

    I have been monitoring this since last month but was hoping it was just a one time thing. But, it seems to be happening a lot more lately.

    I hitch when running in npc towns prt and pot. I hitch when running in instances too. It seems to reduce after the scene has a minute to two to get everything loaded, but is still present. It resumes more frequency after going fast to a new part of a zone where a lot of new stuff has to load.

    I tried to make a video of it. I did this after being in the elysium mine for a minute. The hitching was worse right after I entered.

    When game is hitching it should happen every X seconds in a timed manner. Old Lua scripts was known to hitch if you have any of those running.
    I see you freeze twice at beginning but that could be because of some loading or other application working in background or not enough freed rams to run smoothly. In town its totally normal, some town have just so many objects to load that it will hitch/freeze until all is loaded no matter what.
    I also see you are using a rtx 2070 and for some reason there other people that have problem with those cards in our game, could it be related? Do you have that card since a while or just got it maybe?

    Some test to do: Try closing most windows in game see if its still happening (maps, that little arrow or armor message up right etc).
    Try closing some app running in background, especially internet browser, facebook and the like.
