    Title: Nefario - Chaotic Feedback - 1 million hits in 2 seconds

    Details: Leaving forest siege, already had the black "fade"out on my screen and then I got hit back a deluge of red 5's. I left the scene but I apparently died. All of the hits were in less than 3 seconds. NOTE the timestamps in the chat log.
    Steps to Reproduce:Find Nefario, say bad things around his parentage

    I had the same issue also into city without fighting. I think it is related to chaotic feedback. Seems like the -5health/s stacks too fast.

    Likely you have just experienced the joy of trying to run from Avara, since running takes focus you get CF from Avara's debuff but it shouldn't carry over onto the world map.
