Details/Steps to Reproduce:
Created a new Avatar. Talked to Anais, but begated to do the tutorial.
I entered the lunar rift. After appearing, the Journal has this entry:

Tell Anais About Watcher
As Anais requested, I looted the sword, destroyed the watcher, and looted the bow from it. I'll talk to Anais and perhaps I'll learn more about this "Isle of Storms."
