New beggar behavior vs. old beggar behavior ...

    Details/Steps to Reproduce:
    After giving a coin and to a beggar (here in Soltown to Chad) and trying again to spend one, he says:
    "You seem like a virtuous person, outlander. Thank you, but I need no coin oday. Come back tomorrow?"

    After leaving the dialogue, he still says (like before!):
    "That's right! Turn your back on someone in need. Way to get ahead, hero!"

    This sentence should only appear, if someone gives no coin ...
